So if you’ve ever wanted to learn how to build muscle fast then look no further young chap (or old chap?) and behold some of the best workout routines for men you’ll find on the net.
Obviously with such limited time and space this won’t really be “full blown” workouts but at the very least I hope to point you in a direction that I think will benefit you and hopefully by the time you’re done here you’ll have lots of ideas to research and further your “workout education”.

To Build Muscle:

You’re going to want to start lifting loads that are heavy. Relatively speaking. Heavy for you. Heavy weights stimulate your nervous system and forces your body to make adaptations that lead to more muscular development. This of course also necessitates that you’re recovering from your workouts, sleeping well and eating well otherwise it’s just a waste of your time. The reason being that before your muscle can actually grow after a workout it first needs to rest and recover from the stress placed upon it in the workout. Only when it’s completely rested will your muscle just start to grow stronger. So remember that working out is only half of the overall muscle building equation.

To Lean Up:

If you want to lean up then you’re going to have to start watching your diet. A simple little guideline is to cut out all grains, starches, and sugars and to limit fat (even healthy fats). Also don’t for get to bump up your protein (meat, fish eggs, protein powders) as that’s one of the most essential ingredients when it comes to muscle building and if you’re at all lacking in protein then you won’t be making the best use of your time in the gym.

As Far As Workout Routines Go:

For muscle building here are some of the most well known and effective programs that you ca look into:

-The 5×5 method

-DoggCrapp-

-HST

-HIT

Look these up if you haven’t heard of them before as they’re (in my opinion) the cream of the crop as far as muscle gaining workouts are concerned. I would personally start with 5×5 as it’s a great workout for both novices and advanced trainees alike. It’s also easier to handle and provides a better more stable base from which to build off of if you decide to try other workouts in the future.

I know you’re not a dummy. You know why? Because of all the places on the interwebz, you’re right here.
So you want to know to how to get abs ay’?

The first thing you have to realize is that some people just have it easier than others (genetically) when it comes to getting a six pack. I’m sure you know the kind of people I’m talking about. These guys seem to be able to eat whatever they want yet they seem to stay extremely lean regardless of how they eat. There are also those people on the other end of the spectrum. These people struggle hard to lose fat and seem to put it on quite easily. Then there’s the majority of people who lie somewhere in between both.
Regardless of where you fit in that spectrum you’ve got to be determined to losing fat and getting as lean as you can get. Being lean is the main determinant as to whether you will have a six pack or not. You can have thick and well developed abs but if they’re covered in fat then that won’t do you any good because you won’t be able to see them.

So how do we lose said fat?

A combination of a lowered carb diet and interval cardio can do wonders when you’re trying to lose fat.

Interval cardio alone will rapidly increase the rate at which you lose fat while at the same time sparing muscle (unlike long distance cardio or marathon type cardio sessions). And the great thing about them is that they keep your metabolism revved up for long past the workout allowing you to benefit from a sped up metabolism well after the workout has finished.

Now as far as low carb diets go. I would start off gradually cutting down on carbs until you reach a point where cravings and hunger start becoming an issue. At that point I’d scale back just a tiny bit on the carb crackdown and take a week to assess the results. If things are working out fine then keep doing what you’re doing. But if fat loss is still not occurring or is at an incredibly slow rate then what I would do is to have you start counting calories for a week to assess your caloric baseline At the end of the week I’d assess the median caloric baseline and cut the calories 300 and eat that much (on average) every day. After a week reassess the situation and if fat loss is still not happening then cut another 30 calories until you reach a happy medium between sparing muscle (or building muscle if that’s your goal) and losing fat.

Ryan Reynolds Workout: Hero to Villain Muscles

Now this guy has morphed from his romantic comedy starring roles days physique into the action packed Blade: Trinity franchise kick-ass physique we see today, where audiences found his developed musculature quite interesting. His six pack abs and his sinewy arms were definitely quite impressive, but his role as Deadpool in X-Men Origins: Wolverine paved the way for rock hard muscles to capture the spotlight.

Ryan Reynolds Workout: Deadpool Power Routine

One of the most important things that Reynolds puts emphasis on when it comes to working towards his desirable physique is maintaining a proper diet. Because his workout routine had him going about with intense plan that was split into two, he needed to have enough energy to sustain such tedious workout regimens.

The first part of the workout was to gain more mass. His previous role as Hannbal King in Blade: Trinity required him to gain 20 pounds, but as Deadpool he gained another 20 pounds more while maintaining a healthy weight and lowering his body fat under 9%! Reynolds just worked on getting more mass, with workouts that targeted single muscle groups each day.

Reynolds did workouts for the chest one day, then arms the next, then shoulders, and so forth. He followed a rep routine of 6 to 12 reps, and even added some traditional strongman exercises to hasten and strengthen his muscle development. He found it tiring, which basically is something that he would need to kick as the Phase 2 of his workout would require much energy from him.

The second phase of the Ryan Reynolds Workout was designed to basically work those muscles into achieving a hard and steely appearance. Reynolds included sets of 3 to 5 reps as well as 15 to 30 reps that also involved strenuous hybrid exercises that he did alongside High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and High Intensity Resistance Training (HIRT).

Lots of protein and healthy fats were included in Reynolds meal plan, which allowed for him to gain energy for the Ryan Reynolds Workout. Carbs were consumed before and after his workouts, which he had in the form of vegetables. 6 to 8 meals were what he consumed, depending upon the intensity of his routine for the day.

The fact of the matter is… Ryan Reynolds did a phenomenal job of transforming his body into what we see in the movies today. Guys on bodybuilding forums will flame him to death but the truth is the guys put in the hard work and achieved what most of them will never achieve due to lack of discipline in the first place. So I give the guy mad props for that. I’d also like to mention that it wasn’t like he did overnight. So the claims of steroid use are a bit over dramatic to me. While he could very well have done steroids to achieve the look he has it certainly is plausible that he didn’t use them and that anyone who’s put as much time, energy, and effort into their body as he has could achieve similar if not better results than he has.

With a ripped physique that makes ladies swoon and men wanting to be him, Ryan Reynolds has become a Hollywood star that holds one of Tinseltown’s best bodies. This young actor morphed from romantic comedy starring roles into the chiseled abs he sports in the action packed Blade: Trinity franchise. His six pack abs and sinewy arms were quite impressive, leaving women swooning and men scampering to find out how he did it.

The Men Behind Ryan Reynolds Workout Routine – Bobby Strom and Darren Chapman

As you may well expect most Hollywood stars hire the top Personal Trainers, Chefs, Nutritionists, and even Massage Therapists (for recovery) and have all the accommodations one could possibly need to achieve the bodies they need for the big screen. Accommodations that the average Joe or Jane can either not afford or not have access to. Not to say that you can’t achieve the same with a strategic workout plan designed to get you results, but the average person can’t expect to get the same kind of results doing exactly what these celebs do because most of the time we don’t have the same resources. Such as a personal chef who will measure out our meals to perfection or a sports nutritionist who’s supplying the chef with meal plans that have the exact specifications required to achieve our goals or a massage session after every workout to insure proper recovery.

Anyway… Bobby Strom and Darren Chapman can almost be said to be the men behind the Ryan Reynolds workout.

Bobby trained Ryan and worked with him to create the physique he had to play Deadpool in X-men, and in preparation for Green Lantern.

Darren Chapman on the other hand prepared him for this original transformation in Blade Trinity when he first showed the masses what he was capable of with his physique.

Ryan Reynolds Workout Routine for Blade Trinity, X-Men, And Green Lantern

The Marvel franchise made for all the more men clamoring to get on the Ryan Reynoldw workout routine, especially when the scenes in the movie became quite gratuitous with showcasing Reynolds’ ripped physique. From scenes where his arms flex from swinging samurai swords down to the part where he’s shirtless after he becomes the villain Deadpool in X-Men it’s obvious the man put some in some work to achieve those results.

In fact he had to gain 20 lbs of pure muscle while simultaneously cutting fat to achieve the look he had in X-Men Origins. Of course he had 6 months to do it and the help of trainer Bobby Strom but it’s a notable feat nonetheless and one I think many can realistically duplicate with the right workout and exercise selection.

Ryan followed a split routine where he would work one major body part per day and would train 6 days a week with Sunday off. A typical bodybuilding split which I personally find to be far from optimal for the average Joe but nonetheless you can’t argue that it didn’t work for him.

He dedicated one day each for training his chest, back, shoulders, arms, and legs and he claims he trained for 2-3 hours per day leading up to shooting the movie. Once again I find that training that long is far from optimal for the average person. In fact most people would quickly overtain and cease to see results.

He cut out all cardio being that he was naturally skinny and didn’t want to expend any energy on anything but building muscle.

He also started every workout with ab work because believe it or not it used to be a weak point of his. He would do sets of weighted sit ups or lying leg raises with a dumbbell placed between his legs.

Ryan Reynolds Workout: Vampire Slayer Shape

Sporting one of the most desirable bodies in show business today, audiences are curious on how Ryan Reynolds keeps himself in good shape. The Canadian actor debuted into the silver screen in some romantic comedy flicks before moving into more serious roles. His foray into action in Blade: Trinity proved his versatility as an actor, but the body that he sported for that film got people quite interested on the Ryan Reynolds Workout.

Because it is an action movie where the actor plays a vampire slayer, it was his duty to basically shape up for the task. Fans who aspire to achieve his musculature would die to find out what the Ryan Reynolds Workout is all about, with aspirations to emulate the body of the young actor.

Ryan Reynolds Workout: Shaping up for Blade Trinity

Muscle density is something that became evident when the actor came out for his role as Hannibal King. With his basically new found larger muscles and a leaner physique, it became clear that there was hard work put in by Ryan Reynolds. Looking back at past roles, it became evident that all that Reynolds needed to do was pack up, and it made the process all the more easier for him.

Those who desire to follow the Ryan Reynolds Workout for Blade: Trinity should be advised that the actor basically had 11% body fat, which is quite low for the average person. While he definitely lacked on such he had to make up for muscle gain, and for the movie he had to put on a staggering 20 pounds of pure and solid muscle, which the actor had to work on for 6 months.

Imaging enduring such arduous work for that physique, but it can be workable for any person who would like to take up the Ryan Reynolds Workout. The main thing that the actor had actually emphasized during the whole process is that one should eat healthy if they desire to gain the body that he had achieved. He states that the reason why he had built proper muscle fast is because he hit the weights really hard while maintaining a proper diet.

With six small meals a day, Reynolds managed to enjoy this lifestyle as there was not much worry about carbs restrictions. He did not eat carbs after 8pm, but would consume protein if he felt hungry. He also watched his daily calorie intake, and maintained use of creatine as his dietary supplement.

For two to three hours a week, Reynolds worked out different muscle groups per day. First was the Chest, then the Back, then progressing to the shoulders, and lastly the legs. Reps were in the 8 to 12 range..

Because Reynolds admits to not have been a fan of working out before this film, he claims that he had the best chances of gaining muscle fast without much effort. When you’re a newbie your body is always more responsive to working out.

Seems like the guys just keeps killing it every time he’s on screen. I think if he polishes his acting up a little bit, combined with the luck he’s already had by starring in such a hugely poplar movie and he might be a top payed A-lister in a few years…

It seems like modern society has such a fixation when it comes to ripped abs. It’s almost as if the media has glamorized “abs” so much that even a person who’s completely unattractive and muscularly underdeveloped yet has abs would be seen as attractive to the masses.
To me it’s just odd…

I mean I see why abs can be attractive don’t get me wrong, but I think that people glamorize them a bit much for my taste.

Speaking of abs… (since this IS “taylorlautnerworkoutroutine.org”).

I’d have to say that Taylor did quite an excellent job of maintaining his low levels of body fat while gaining the muscle for New Moon. Notice I said “maintaining” and not cutting. The reason I say that is because he was extremely lean (and skinny) before he undertook the task of trying to gain all that muscle for New Moon. But I think he did quite a good job as for many it would have been quite hard to remain that lean WHILE gaining muscle and putting the calories in to gain that much weight in the first place.

Kudos to Taylor,

I’ll see you kids later. Ciao.
